Master Plans for Second-Ponce de Leon Baptist Church's 10 acre site were completed in 1984, 1988 and 1999; after having worked with the church since 1981. This 1999 Master Plan maximizes site utilization while minimizing public zoning initiatives. The Plan envisions a new 2000 seat Worship Center, a Fellowship Hall that could accommodate a banquet for 1000 seated people, a parking deck for 600+ cars and the development of new, easily understandable circulation patterns that interconnect the existing 238,000 SF campus with the proposed additions of 150,000 SF of buildings and 220,000 SF of parking.
