Venetian Pools

Venetian Pools asked Richard Wittschiebe Hand to develop a master plan to meet the needs of its growing membership. As part of the plan, existing bathing facilities will be removed, access to the three-acre site and parking availability shall be improved, and many recreational amenities will be added. Furthermore, an enlarged clubhouse and a new community center are expected to provide members and the public alike a pleasant new conference space. Throughout the plan, use of sustainable materials is emphazised.
