Tanya Richard has played a key role in programming, project management, design, production of contract documents and contract administration on a broad range of building types. As Project Manager, Tanya is responsible for leading the day to day production of the project including coordination of engineers and consultants, insuring project compliance with applicable codes, scheduling and managing the project, and overseeing construction administration. She has an excellent record of keeping project teams focused on project goals from conceptualization through final completion of construction.
